The Fleshlight Vortex represents the culmination of over a year of research and development and is definitely one of the staff favorites here at MyMaleSexuality.com.
When designing the Vortex, ILF varied the internal diameter from 10mm to 19mm (1/4 to 1/2 an inch) at different spots along its length, making it as snug as the Ultra Tight, without being as restrictive as that model. With similar internal ridges to the Wonder Wave, re-aligned in a spiral, the sensations produced by the Fleshlight Vortex are completely unique to this model.
While you'll never mistake this for the real thing, the Fleshlight Vortex produces stimulation beyond what is available in an actual vagina. Translation: It's better than the real thing.
We found the orgasm enhancement to be exceptional with this model, leading to some amazing toe-curlers which surprised our reviewers as to their intensity. On the other hand, they also found that orgasm tended to sneak up on them while using the Fleshlight Vortex, often taking them beyond the brink before they were ready or wanted to go there. However, after becoming more familiar with the unit, our reviewers were easily able to avoid this.
This model is the easiest to clean of any except the ones with the completely smooth interior chamber (Original, Super Tight, and Ultra Tight). Simply run some hot water through, dry it on a towel, and you're done.
The Fleshlight Vortex holds its lubrication slightly longer than the smooth inner chambered models; however, it doesn't retain it as long as the Speed Bump, Super Ribbed, and Wonder Wave. Frankly though, if you last long enough with this model to have to re-apply lubrication, you are doing pretty well!
Well suited to the circmcised male, the Fleshlight Vortex is less well geared toward those who aren't. The internal ridges are howeve a less aggressive texture than the Speed Bump so, for uncircumcised males, we would recommend this model over that -- though in general would steer these individuals toward other models.
All in all, we feel ILF did a fantastic job on the Fleshlight Vortex; the year of R&D was certainly worth the effort. As of the date of this review, it remains our second favorite model, being only slightly edged out by the Speed Bump. It also makes for a nice change of pace should you already own another type of Fleshlight; and therefore, we would heartily recommend it as a second insert.
