The Fleshlight Wonder Wave, while a good product, seems to us a weaker version of the Super Ribbed. Certainly the sensations it produces are superior to the Original Fleshlight; however, if you are looking for this type of insert, we'd recommend you go with the Super Ribbed.
On the plus side, if you have any issues with sexual stamina and want to prolong your pleasure, this model may well be the very best available. It provides a gentle massaging motion that won't bring you to the brink too soon, but can maintain you very near that point for a long time. It also makes a nice stepping stone to the other more aggressive models which will definitely get you there in a surprisingly brief period of time. In terms of realism, this product is among the best. You don't get the sensation that you are using something artificial; i.e. if you had your eyes closed, the product was body temperature warm and someone else was using it on you, you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between it and the real thing.
The question you have to ask yourself though is, "is realism what I am looking for?". We've included it in our scoring because for many the answer is "yes".
